Publishing

When the team is ready for others to enjoy the magazine, it is time for the editor to publish it. When the editor has paid the publish fee of 250 goMoney the magazine issue is put into Scoop where it remains for 14 days. It is now available for sale. If a lot of magazines are published shortly after, the cover may not be visible on the shelves. It will still be in Scoop for searches, though!

Tip: Pricing
When publishing a magazine issue it is a good idea to consider the price. If it is cheap, the team will not earn much per sold copy, but it is probably more likely that a lot of models buy it. A higher price may result in fewer copies being sold, giving the magazine issue a more exclusive feel.

Tip: Description
A good description is important because this is where potential buyers can learn what the magazine issue is about. The description text is also used for the search function in Scoop.

Example of good description
"This magazine is about the fashion trends of 2010, cool celebrities to copy from, and what clothes that suit your style."

Example of poor description
"This is a great magazine and you should really buy it!"
