Rules and Guidelines Changes
We have overhauled the rules and guidelines. We are not going to have a “strike” system anymore and instead shift focus to context and intent.
Time-outs are now “Communication Limitations.” Serious rule violations can result in Account Suspension, which is a temporary login ban.

The Open Moderator Search recruiting will actively resume after Christmas, most likely in January. If you want to apply during December, please feel free to do so! We always appreciate applications being sent in, even though we're not actively hiring until January.
Open Inclusivity Group Search
You can now apply for the Inclusivity Group role. An Open Search is a different process than what we have done in the past, where there is no deadline to apply, and where we can hire more members at any time we identify a need for it.
