Communication Shut Down
As you have likely noticed, we have temporarily shut down communication. This was not a decision we made lightly and it is something we would have preferred to avoid. We understand that strong emotions can arise in serious situations. However, our staff and volunteers are here to ensure a safe and positive environment and not to be targeted. For that reason, we have implemented additional measures that were necessary.
As members of goSupermodel, you are allowed to disagree with decisions and to ask questions. However, not all questions can be answered. In order to protect the privacy and safety of those involved, we are unable to share specific details about case handling or the reasoning behind individual decisions.
All actions are taken in line with our rules and guidelines, which everyone agrees to upon accepting the Terms and Conditions when signing up for goSupermodel. When we handle cases, we conduct thorough investigations and discuss matters internally with the gSm team. Decisions are not made lightly and it only happens with the investigation.
If you believe something has been overlooked during case handling, you are always welcome to contact us at gosupermodel@watagame.com. This is the place to discuss the cases and not on site.

A Goodbye from Slumber and Solace
We are sad to announce that both of our Inclusivity Group Supervisors have decided to leave their positions as supervisors as of last month. Their dedication to the Inclusivity Group and staff was incredibly valuable, and they will be greatly missed by the teams.
Development Update
We are actively working on both Dark Mode, Mobile version, and accessibility settings for the text editor.
We will also be working on adding more Emojis.
Account Suspension
We have heard your feedback regarding Account Suspensions not being visible to the userbase.
We know some people try to figure out who is put in Communication Limitations and Account Suspensions, and until now, we have avoided making it public to give users the privacy and choice of whether to display it. However, when a user is given an Account Suspension, we have deemed this a necessary and serious course of action, and we will now display it like this:
- On the model's profile you will see their name highlighted in a muted red colour.
- Over the profile it will have a text saying "This model is currently suspended".
Communication Limitations will not be displayed.

The Administrative team communicates with you and maintains an active online presence. We divide the team into specific roles.
Briar and Night are your Community Admins. They manage moderators, handle support tickets, and answer your questions regarding sanctions. You can reach them at gosupermodel@watagame.com.
Arella is your Feedback Admin. She structures and manages your feedback. She prioritizes development initiatives and processes bug reports.
Ezri is the account dedicated to support. This role handles your direct support inquiries. Ezri also assists the team across several administrative areas.
