• General QnA

Who can create designs?
– Anyone who is interested in drawing and wants to create new content for the game.

How do I start designing?
– You can read the instructions via this link: https://gosupermodel.com/community/forum_thread.jsp?id=1989566
or ask other players for help on the forum if something is unclear.

How long does it take for a design to be approved?
– Its said to take 7–10 days, but this can vary a lot. Currently, i say 6–20 days is a realistic estimate.

Why doesnt my outfit appear in the shop even though it was approved?
– You need to go to the Designer Tool menu and manually publish your design.
Click “Options” and then select “Publish Design.” https://gosupermodel.com/creative/my_designs.jsp

Do you earn money from making designs? If so, how much?
– Yes, you earn money from your designs.
You receive a 10% share of each item sold, up to 200k. After that, the share drops to 5% per item.

If someone has -40% in the shop, do I still get 10% of the discounted price?
– No! You always receive 10% of the original price you set for the item, even if its bought with a discount.

What are tiers? How do I progress with them?
– Tiers are levels you earn by creating designs.
By making designs, you gain points.
Your tier level depends on the number of points and published designs. The higher your tier, the more features and tools become available to you for designing.

What tiers are there?
Tier 1 – Rookie: 10% of sales up to 200k; then 5% from 200k–600k (Max: 40k gM)
Tier 2 – Style Shaker: 10% of sales up to 200k; then 5% from 200k–900k (Max: 55k gM)
Tier 3 – Trendsetter: 10% of sales up to 200k; then 5% from 200k–1.2M (Max: 70k gM)

More info of tiers and earning you find here: https://gosupermodel.com/community/forum_thread.jsp?id=1999871

How many design approvers are there?
– Previously, there was said to be only one approver, but thats not fully confirmed. I believe there are several now.

My design was not approved, what should I do?
– You will always receive feedback from the staff/approvers. Follow the given feedback, and if needed, feel free to ask for advice from other players on the forum.

Has my design been forgotten? I have been waiting much longer than others.
– Its possible.
I recommend contacting them via this forum thread: https://gosupermodel.com/community/forum_thread.jsp?id=2024087#page1

Theres a mistake in my published design! How can I fix it?
– Contact the approvers through this forum thread:
