The focus group is a select group of passionate users who actively participate in brainstorming, provide valuable feedback, help improve gSm by hosting events, making on-site graphics and planning out campaigns.

New focus group members are typically chosen through an application process. Staff announces when they're open for applications through a newspost on the frontpage. The most recent FG search was in july 2023.

Junior Designers are talented, artistic and creative users, who design items that are used for collections, competitions and/or gocodes. Their team is overseen by Rori.

New JDs are typically chosen through an elaborate competition hosted by staff, challenging the participatns to design outfits according to various fun themes. The most recent JD comp was held in march 2023.

Moderators are a group of trusted users who help keep gSm safe. They keep the forums clean, (dis)approve pictures, answer questions and make sure the rules are followed.

SMAs (Social Media Ambassadors) are users who promote gSm on their social media accounts. Additionally, they help create content for gSm's official social media channels.

SMAs can be chosen through an application process. Staff announces when they're open for applications through a newspost on the frontpage. However, staff is prone to contacting users with social media accounts (on any given platform) that have impressed them in terms of content, reach and general interactions.
