My name is Arella also known as Kim and I’m the Feedback Administrator. If you send a message to the feedback inbox, I’ll be the one you’ll be in contact with.
Feedback Administrator is named this due to the role being administrating feedback. It is not an "Admin" role.
My role specifically involves sorting through the feedback we receive, communicating with senders and directing it to the appropriate staff members.
Additionally, in the spirit of open communication and transparency, I will be using this account to provide updates and engage in conversations with you. This could include surveys to gather your opinions on certain ideas or to have a conversation about certain feedback on topics I come across.

What goes in the Feedback Inbox?
➤ Bug reports
→ What is a bug and what is a problem? If you have any type of problems, they should be sent to the Moderator Inbox. For example, a problem to upload a picture, or a problem to enter your wardrobe. If it turns out it is a bug, you will be asked to send it to the Feedback Inbox. Bugs should be sent to the Feedback Inbox. For example, you did not get rewards from finishing Wardrobe Challenge, or that your auction ended over an hour ago but you have received nothing, or an issue with payment.
→ All types of bug reports go to the Feedback Inbox. Bugs are a type of feedback about how something does not work.
→ It is sent here so that it is easier for our Development Team to access the bugs, and also see which bugs are the oldest, most urgent and in need of priority.

This can be, but is not limited to;
→ Feedback/ideas about events
→ Feedback/ideas about competitions
→ Feedback/ideas about how to improve something on the site
→ Feedback/ideas about the rules
→ Feedback/ideas about games
→ Feedback/ideas about marketing
→ Feedback/ideas about VIP (+ VIP outfits)
→ Feedback/ideas about security, payments and payment methods
→ Feedback/ideas about forums, clubs and magazines

→ If it is General Feedback or an idea about the site’s moderation, then it can be sent to the Feedback Inbox.
→ You can always send it to the Moderator Inbox and share your thoughts directly to the Moderator Team, should you wish to do so. However, your feedback will always reach the team regardless!
