WELCOME TO "HEALTH LOVERS"!

 

 

I have been looking for a club like this myself, in better words, a community where we push each other to become the best version of ourselves. 

 

The reason I made this club is because I have never been able to be consistent with my workouts and my relationship with food has not been the best. TW and to clarify: this club is NOT for people who are all about weightloss, and we will NOT be discussing calorie tracking, weightloss progress, etc. This is a SAFE and HEALTHY environment people who want to contribute with their passion and knowledge for exercise and healthy foods. 

 

I believe that this motivational boost between all of us will make a huge difference - at least I hope so. 

The focus would mainly be: 

 

 Give each other motivation, help and love in order to succeed 

 Workout inspiration; new exercises, different workouts, anything from CrossFit, to weightlifting/powerlifting, cardio, HIIT-workouts, resistance training, yoga, pilates. You name it! 

 Healthy recipes that we have tried out ourselves, and can recommend to our fellow health-people. 

 Our progress in terms of MENTAL health, not necessarily the physical, but do we notice any change within ourselves after taking this seriously? 

 

Remember, the most important thing is to stay healthy - live your live and enjoy the food you love. This is not just for those who work out 5-6 times a week, but also for those who go on walks for 20 minutes, or are new to the gym and are looking for some help and guidance to start. Basically, EVERYONE is welcome!
