My items are gone
If you think someone else has access to your model, change your password immediately.
If you use the same password for goSupermodel and your private email account, change the email's password too. Otherwise the person who knows your password can access your mail and check your new goSupermodel password from there.
It's your responsibility to keep your password safe. That's why we don't refund goMoney or items you may have lost because your model was stolen.
