Admin Team

The admin's job is to communicate and manage moderators, handle support, and communicate with the userbase. That means that if you see them online, sometimes they're there to be social and sometimes they're there to get more information on support or moderation cases. Development Team

Their work is mostly behind the scenes, in the "engine room" of goSupermodel, but they can occasionally be seen popping up to give development updates, collect feedback, test secret projects or just mingle.

Campaign Team

These are the people behind the bigger, site changing campaigns on the website. They work closely with the volunteers to make this happen.

Community Team Lead

Managing the Admin team and the Team Captains, and ensuring smooth and good communication between upper management, volunteers and the community, as well as organising the several awareness events throughout the year.

Moderator Supervisor

Focuses on supporting the moderators and admins. While they mostly work behind the scenes, they also check in on forums and users. They have access to support and to more tools than a regular moderator, but not to all tools of an Admin.

Team Captain

Team Captains are there for the individual volunteering teams, ensuring they are up to date with everything they need to know, assigning tasks, and generally being the person that’s there for them.
