We are introducing a monthly poll with suggestions, new additions, or changes for goSupermodel, based on ideas shared in this topic and through the feedback inbox.

Top 3+1 Feedback to prioritize

For the past two months, we have worked with a new system to ensure community feedback is a more integral part of our internal strategies moving forward. We have started with a Top 3 priority routine where Arella, based on Feedback Inbox reports, will create a Top 3 list to discuss with the goSupermodel Team.

We have since also added a +1 dedicated to inclusivity concerns to ensure inclusivity and accessibility is always part of any conversation. 

 


Top 3 Community Vote

With 2026 approaching, we have decided that within the top 3 we also want to include a vote from the userbase.

We are not including the Inclusivity project as part of a general vote, as we want it to be a constant priority based on necessity, not popularity. If you have any ideas for Inclusivity, you can always contact an IG member or share it in their IG Feedback topic!

 

Please note that we can’t do all the priorities at the same time and that we will decide when in 2026 the priority will happen.

 


Plan going forward

We will begin with the first poll to end 2025 and then continue with a new poll every month in the new year. 


The selected ideas will be shared in a newspost, and you will be able to vote directly on the homepage through the polling system. This initiative is meant to help us listen more closely to the community and ensure we are prioritizing what matters most to you. Some ideas may turn out to not be possible. If so, we will communicate this to you.


Arella will select three options each month for the poll, choosing those she sees as the highest priority for the userbase, based on your own suggestions. If your idea isn’t selected and we haven’t stated that it’s not possible, don’t worry!  There’s still a chance it may be included in future polls throughout the year.

 


Upcoming improvements to the feedback inbox

Next week, we will add new improvements to make the feedback inbox clearer and easier to use. Each report will include a status label with both colors and text, so you can understand the status even if color recognition is not accessible to you.

The statuses will include:

- Isn't currently a priority — purple

- Has been closed — grey

- Not possible — red

- Needs longer investigation, up to 7 workdays — orange

- Actively working on it, solved within 48 work hours — green

Additionally, both Arella and users will have the ability to delete a report. A deleted report will be fully removed after 48 hours, unless someone reopens the case. This helps us keep the feedback inbox as clear, organized, and manageable as possible.

We are also looking into a way of users receiving a notification when Arella responded in the report. 

We also want to thank you for all the feedback, suggestions, and ideas we have received since launching the feedback inbox in March. Your input has been incredibly valuable, and we truly appreciate the time and thought you put into helping us improve goSupermodel.

Summary

  • We are working on a new system making user feedback a larger priority in internal discussions.

  • We have developed a Top 3+1 system. Arella will prioritize 3 ideas based on Feedback Inbox reports. The Inclusivity Group and staff members will choose an additional idea solely dedicated to inclusivity and accessibility.

    You can always share inclusivity feedback by contacting an IG member, or posting something in their  IG Feedback topic!

  • To center this around your voices, we are doing a popular vote for Arella’s Top 3. The Inclusivity spot will be measured by necessity, not popularity, and therefore won’t be part of the general voting.

  • The first poll will begin before the end of 2025, and we will continue with a new poll each month.

  • It’s important to note that not all projects will be possible. If that happens, we will communicate it to you.

  • Next week, we are making improvements to the Feedback Inbox to better streamline and organize feedback! This includes the option for Arella and users to delete reports, and better structure to color coding to indicate the current status of feedback. We are also looking into notifications for users when Arella responded within the report.
