We want to apologise. We understand that the wording used in a news post about the original goMarketeer set communicated a different expectation about the circumstances of the lock than what we intended.  

The wording we used, “This set is going to be locked permanently. Which means that it will not be returning in any way, shape or form.”, is not a wording that we normally use, and though this was communicated in the news post, it was not in internal documents.

Our internal understanding was as we communicated in our locked items news post, other colour variations might be used on gSm, but the items in the specific colours that you can find in the locked items document are locked. So our understanding was that we had permanently locked the version of the items in the specific colour that was released. 

We apologise for this misunderstanding on our end. We will look more closely into this to see if there are any other items that we have communicated in a different way than what we believe, in order to avoid making a similar mistake again in the future. 

We are currently working on compensation for the models who have items from the original goMarketeer set. We will update you as soon as we have finalised the details.

The current goPack will continue as planned with a discounted price the first 24 hours, and then back to the original price of €19.95 for the remainder of the weekend.
