Hello dear goSupermodels!
It's time to power up your imagination, because the machines are rising!
With new updates to the Designer Tool, it’s time for a Bionic Takeover! Think of futuristic robots, cybernetic monsters, mechanical limbs, neon glows, and electric energy pulsing through every design. Whether your style leans toward sleek and metallic or creepy and monstrous, we cannot wait to see your take on this theme. You can create 3 to 6 items that capture the spirit of the takeover.
Rules
• You will only be able to participate with 3 to unique 6 items. Recolors are not included in the count. However, you are allowed to upload recolors in the Designer Tool if you wish to do so.
• You can only participate on 1 account.
• The items have to be drawn by you, but you can ask others for advice.
• You can take inspiration from real items, but you are not permitted to copy paste from photos or other drawings.
• You are not permitted to use AI to create the design.
• You may participate with items that you have already made.
• The item may not contain copyrighted material like brand names or copyrighted characters.
• The item may not be overly violent or gory. Wounds and blood may be permitted if they do not allude to self-harm, abuse or look too realistic.
• Weapons are not permitted if they are hinting at or are directly harming the model or someone else. Fantasy weapons may be included like swords, bows and sci-fi weapons, but realistic depictions of modern weapons like knives and guns are not allowed.

Submitting your design
• Display your design on either of these templates:
• On the left you display all items together. Make sure that they sit properly on the model silhouette and that the items fit within the red line. On the right side of the image you display each item separately. You may swap the grey model silhouette out for a proper model skin if you'd prefer.
• Turn in your design at the latest on the 31st of October at 23:59 CET through this Google Form.

Judging criteria
• Quality | Well drawn and shaded, doesn’t look blurry or have floating pixels unless intended.
• Creativity and originality | The items are unique and interesting and stand out from the rest of the entries and existing items on gSm.
• Follows the theme | It follows the theme of Bionic Takeover
• Inclusive | That the items are usable and looks good on all base model skin tones (the 15 ones that normally are in the shop).
Prize
• 20 winners will be selected based on the judging criteria.
• Each winner will receive these 5 locked items from the archive.
• Out of these 20 winners, 3 winners will be selected who receive 3 goTokens per person.
• No points will be assigned to the Scientist Clubs for this competition.

Disclaimers
• The winning items of this competition will not be uploaded to gSm by us. You may however choose to upload the items you have created yourself after you have entered the competition. You can upload the items you have created whether you win or not but you are not required to do so.
• You are not allowed to participate in this competition using already released items. The items that you submit for this competition, have to be made specifically for this competition.
• Winning in the competition does not guarantee that your items will be approved and may need revision before approval.
• You may ask other users for tips and advice. Remember that no user owes you their time so please remain respectful if someone declines the request for advice.Here is a great topic for sharing design-related content and asking questions.
• You are allowed to upload the items into the Designer Tool once it has launched.
TLDR
• Design 3 to 6 items in the theme of Bionic Takeover.
• We judge quality, creativity and originality, how well it follows the theme, that it is inclusive, and if it follows the rules.

• 20 winners will be selected. The winners receive these 5 items from the creepy depths of the archive.
• 3 winners will be selected to win a prize of 3 goTokens each. These winners are part of the 20 overall winners, meaning they will receive both the goTokens as well as the archive prize.
