We have had the Open Moderator Search open since January, and it will remain open - but we will not hire more moderators now until after Christmas. We want to make sure we are able to implement all new moderators well, and we will focus on providing resources as well as holding educational meetings right now.
Some have asked for information about the process, so we wanted to include a brief description of it: All potential moderators' applications are reviewed by a team. When a user moves forward in the process, they are invited to do some cases (how would you act in x situation), and at the same time, the background checks will be conducted. After this, they are invited to an interview, and then they are invited to the team.
We will continue with this process after Christmas. We hope to see your name in there!
We are looking for new goHost members. As a goHost, you will work in a team to organize forum games, competitions, and other engaging activities to make goSupermodel more lively and entertaining for everyone. The badge might even be pink.
Dyslexia Awareness Week
The Inclusivity Group made a newspost about Dyslexia Awareness Week. Dyslexia Awareness Week, an annual initiative by the British Dyslexia Association, takes place this year from October 6th to 12th. The event aims to enhance understanding and raise awareness of dyslexia. Read more about it here.
