Valuable feedback concerning the blocking system has been collected and thoroughly reviewed, and we want to thank you for your engagement and for sharing your ideas.

Based on this input, we are making gradual improvements to ensure a safer and more supportive environment for everyone on goSupermodel.

We are starting with small changes as we do not want to create an environment where blocking can lead to further exclusion or bullying, which would go against our core values.

These changes will be implemented on-site tomorrow:

• The blocked user will no longer be able to view your profile.
• The blocked user will no longer be able to quote you in the forums.
• The blocked user will no longer be able to reply to topics you have created. 

It will not be possible to block IP addresses due to safety and privacy concerns.

These steps are designed to increase safety on goSupermodel, and alongside making changes to the blocking system, we are also working behind the scenes on adapting our routines and procedures for catching and acting on bullying and harassment. If users attempt to bypass blocks through alt accounts, we will take action and enforce appropriate consequences.

While this update may not cover every request we have received, please know that your feedback played an important role in shaping the improvements we are now implementing to the blocking system. Future updates may follow as we continue to listen and adapt.

That said, not all suggestions will be implemented, and some may require more time to evaluate, especially when it comes to aligning with our core values around safety and security. At the same time, we are carefully assessing which measures truly contribute to a safer and more supportive community experience.
