As many of you know a new design system has been in the works for quite some time now. The purpose of this new system is to give every user the possibility and opportunity to create, share and profit from their own design creations. Unfortunately this means the loss of the team known as the Junior Designers. Junior Designers are a group of insanely talented designers that were given the opportunity to share their amazing designs with the goSupermodel userbase and we are so lucky for having gotten to work with each and every single one of them. We cant express enough gratitude for the important contributions made by Junior Designers to the goSupermodel community.
Last week the 2.0 Junior Designers celebrated their 2 year anniversary. It was so heartwarming to see the endless love and support they received from the users. It’s clear that the Junior Designers have left a massive mark on goSupermodel that will never go away.
We have had a lot of fun memories with the Junior Designers here on 2.0.

Or perhaps you remember the Junior Designer's very first Shop Drop? They pulled together a massive collection in record time for the 2023 Met gala.
Although we will miss the Junior Designers as a team very dearly, we are also hopeful for a future where everyone can nurture their design skills and get room to share their creations with the users.
Let’s take a moment to appreciate the hard work put in by all our current and previous Junior Designers and thank them for all the creative and stunning items they have created for us over the years.
Yoursi, the very first user to become a Junior Designer all the way back in 2008. Crazy to think that was 17 years ago and the Junior Designer team has continued to grow and provide us incredible talent!!!

Considering there were different servers for different countries and that a lot of items after 2013 have been lost, our recorded history on 1.0 Junior Designers and their items are quite spotty and incomplete. It is hard to determine how many official JDs there have been, which is very unfortunate.

Some of our current Junior Designers have taken the opportunity to create something very special for you. Today in the shop you will find the Junior Designer’s Last Shop Drop.
The theme is Myths, Gods and Goddesses which they picked out themselves. The Shop Drop will stay in the shop for 2 weeks instead of the normal 1 to make sure that you don’t miss it! The last day to get the items is the 12th of May.
