Issues with sending emails to support
After receiving reports of users not receiving email confirmations, we investigated the potential causes of this issue. Ezri has made system changes to ensure tickets are no longer automatically flagged and suspended. This change is not retroactive, so if you have encountered this issue, please resubmit your ticket.

If you're still encountering issues, it could be due to restrictions from your email provider, the type of email application you use, or privacy settings such as iCloud's Hide My Email. Adding our email to your contacts may help resolve the issue.

New decor room shop update 

The shop drop is a mix of archive items and new items. The last day to get the items is 24.4.

Inappropriate Outfits Update

It is not appropriate to create nude models using items that resemble genitalia on goSupermodel, as this violates the platform's guidelines.

Users who create outfits like this may receive sanctions, and in some cases, the item used to display genitalia can be deleted without compensation.

Feedback Administrator

Arella is the new model that directly relates to the Feedback Inbox and is officially the "Feedback Administrator." You can read more about it here.

A forum for “Feedback inbox updates” has been added; this will be a locked forum. You can find it here. 

If you submit feedback in the feedback inbox, we encourage you to check it periodically for any responses from the feedback admin, as she may reach out with questions. Please note that implementing a notification system is still on our to-do list.
