The Inclusivity Pledge: A Cornerstone of Our Strategy

We are also excited to share that we (gSm / Momio Aps) have officially signed the Inclusivity Pledge. This pledge, an initiative by Dansk Industri here in Denmark, solidifies our dedication to building a platform where diversity is celebrated, and everyone feels empowered to express themselves authentically.

The Diversity Pledge outlines 16 principles that businesses can use to strategically enhance diversity, inclusion, and equality in the workplace. This pledge covers already over 400,000 employees in Denmark, and we are proud to join this movement towards a more inclusive and equitable future. 

The new IG team will play a central role in bringing this pledge to life. They will be working closely with our staff on key initiatives, including:

• Developing inclusive guidelines and practices: Ensuring our community guidelines and platform features promote respect, understanding, and acceptance for all.

• Creating engaging content and campaigns: Highlighting diverse voices and perspectives and promoting a culture of empathy and belonging.

• Providing feedback and guidance: Offering valuable insights and recommendations to ensure all aspects of goSupermodel are inclusive and accessible.

Building a more  Inclusive Future Together

To kick off this exciting new chapter, we will be hosting internal workshops for staff and volunteers in Q2, focusing on inclusivity and how we can all learn more about a more welcoming community.

We believe that by working together and embracing our differences, we can make goSupermodel an even better place for everyone.
