Hello my lovelies, 

The last day of 2024 is here and it feels strange and exciting at the same time. The end of the year always feels like it arrives too quickly no matter how prepared we are for it. And the beginning of the new year is always so exciting. One can't help but think about all the new possibilities that are coming our way in the new year... and of course new fashion trends!

This year was quite impactful regarding fashion, both IRL and on goSupermodel. We had some amazing collections made by our super talented JDs & gDs, brought back some beloved archive items, and recovered some items that we thought were lost forever thanks to our dedicated users. 

Way too many times this year, while browsing through items in the gSm shop, I wished I could have these items IRL. Every collection was wildly creative, innovative, and authentic but, just to name a few favorites: Patchwork, Cottagecore, Space, Grunge and maybe even my most beloved - the red carpet one.

IRL this year there were many trends, we started the year off with a powerful comeback of fur/faux fur coats, strong more tailored looks and luxurious fabrics. Summer was quite dominated by neon colors, oversized tees and sporty-girly combinations. Leopard print has had a comeback as well and this autumn was in the colors of burgundy and espresso. For the first time ever, my wardrobe got way too many brown pieces and I really enjoyed adding this color to my usually very grey and black autumn/winter wardrobe. 

With many highly anticipated news when it comes to fashion, that was finally revealed in December, I would say we have an exciting year ahead of us. 

Hope you are all getting ready to say bye to 2024 and welcome 2025. I know I am. It is always such a special moment regardless if I am staying in or going out, it is just that feeling of a new beginning that has something special to it.
