Ah, dear, reader, it seems the end of my unexpected North Pole expedition is upon us, and what an extraordinary journey it has been! Today, on Christmas Eve, the mysterious man and I will be on our way home on a magical sleigh ride, thanks to Santa Claus.

And you might be wondering what happened with Santa during this home swap debacle. Well, he managed to get stuck… in my lab.

The peculiar house swap service that brought me here saw fit to send Santa hurtling straight into my domain of experiments and half-finished inventions. So, he found himself ensnared in one of my more… intricate security measures. Thankfully, one of my assistants who I entrusted with the unenviable task of cleaning, stumbled upon him in his tangled state and promptly let him go.

As the magical sleigh awaits to carry us home, I reflect on this unexpected journey.
