Last Friday, there was a goPack available with 2 vintage dresses and 2 vintage hairstyles. These hairstyles have been in the shop a year ago. Ever since they have been very wanted and it has been requested we included them in a goPack. This goPack caused confusion whether or not this was an accident on our end.

When we first introduced goPacks, we mentioned "The items used in the goPacks will only be available on goSupermodel through this paid option, and will not be used in the store, as goCodes or as competition prizes."

This means that items that have been in goPacks can not come back in the store, as goCodes or as competition prizes after they have been made available through paid options. The other way around is still possible, as it can be that old shop items from more than a year ago become wanted items.

That being said we understand the frustration some felt because they got an item that was available in a shop a year ago. Therefore, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to our support. We will remove the items and refund the goPack. This means that when issuing the refund all the items will be removed including the dresses as well. If you don't have the items anymore and have sold them in any way a refund can't be issued. Please note that this is an exception to the rule because of the nature of this particular goPack. 

In the future, we will be more transparent about goPack items having been in the shop before.
