It’s crazy to think that this year is almost over! A little more than a week and we’ll be entering 2024. Is it snowing already where you are?

   •    A goofy holiday collection will be in the shop until the end of the 26th. It was made by these wonderful JDs: Lisu, aware, MissAuris, Omashu, Mayu, victoria., theAmanda & Maze.

   •    A wintery archive collection went live and will be in the shop until the 25th!

   •    A few quality-of-life updates for the wardrobe, such as a confirmation when you want to leave the page if you have changed your outfit, and an option to remove all owned items from your wishlist.

Small rule update

We have added a small rule about fashion points and referring yourself instead of a friend. 

Under milder alt violations, this has now been added:

   •    Referring your own alt in order to gain fashion points.

Ever since fashion points were launched, the system would not give out fashion points if you referred your own alt instead of a friend. This was to keep it fair for the users who do pay full price, and because the system was never meant to refer yourself with. This has now also been reflected in the rules.

This does not mean you will get sanctioned if you have or are referring your alt. You will only receive a sanction if you try to go around the restrictions set in place by the system.

We would love to grow the SMA team a little more, so if you think you can contribute with something unique to the team through your content on one or more social media platforms, please reach out to info@watagame.com. Please use the subject SMA application and incl. your user name, links to social media profiles as well as any relevant information about yourself and why you would be a great match for the team. We will review applications during January. If you'd like to be considered, please send your application no later than Wednesday, January 3rd.

In case you are an influencer or know of a great influencer with a significant reach in the gSm demographic and have not already had an influencer experience with us in 2023, we would also love to hear from you.
