Looking for a Guest Designer!

This October, we are planning to celebrate Black History Month here on goSupermodel, alongside the different Black History Month celebrations taking place across Europe, such as Black History Month in the UK & Ireland and Black Achievement Month (BAM) in the Netherlands.

 

For this celebration, we are focusing specifically on European Black History. We named it “European Black History Month” (EBHM) as the title for the goSupermodel campaign. EBHM is not an official or established name for a Europe-wide Black History Month celebration, but it helps us describe the focus of this specific campaign.

 


For AANHPI Heritage Month, we had the opportunity to collaborate with a Guest Designer and we absolutely loved working together with in this case ekaemma, click here to see the collaboration. The collaboration was a great experience and we would love to give another talented member of our community the opportunity to be part of a special project!


For European Black History Month (EBHM), we are looking for a Guest Designer who would like to create items for the event, in addition to the content we are already planning.
 
We are looking for someone who would be a good fit for the project and is excited to contribute their creativity to EBHM. Black designers and People of Color are especially encouraged to apply, as we would love to work with someone who can bring their own perspective and lived experience to the project. We also expect anyone applying to approach it with cultural awareness, sensitivity and an inclusive perspective.


The items would planned and created in collaboration with the IG team, with the aim of having it ready around mid-October.
The amount of items can depend based on what the designer has time for, however it needs to be at least a 6-7 item outfit

 

As a Guest Designer, you receive a mix of goMoney, Diamonds, VIP days and goTokens what will be based on how many items are made, as a thank you for your hard work.
