We all move through the same world, and yet each and every one of us experiences it in a different way. 

In honour of Autism Acceptance Month, we want you to take a photo that shows something you enjoy in your daily life.

Your photo should focus on one clear subject.
You can take a photo of the following (you're not limited to these examples; these are meant for guidance purposes):

✦ A place you like (your room, a landmark, a café)

✦ An object you care about (vinyl collection, a teddy bear, a necklace)

✦ A pattern, texture or colour you notice (lights, shadows, shapes)

✦ A small detail most people might ignore (a close-up of something interesting, like leftover crumbs on someone's lips)


Add a short explanation (1–3 sentences):
Describe what your photo shows and why you chose it. For example:
"I took a photo of my bookshelf because I love how everything is organised by colour, and whenever I look at it, my anxiety dissipates."

The most important thing is that your perspective matters. We want to encourage autistic voices while also welcoming everyone to reflect and share their unique view of the world, while being respectful and staying authentic.
