Our tropical escape in Zanzibar has come to an end and now we’ve officially landed in Jakarta, Indonesia!
This city is buzzing in the best way. There’s something happening on every corner: food carts, scooters zooming by, music, colors, vibrant, and somehow comforting all at once.
Jakarta is the capital of Indonesia, and it’s a huge melting pot of cultures, languages, and histories.
We’ve just checked into a super cool hotel in the city center, and soon we’re planning to explore Kota Tua, the old town.
