Those who actively use the designer tool may have noticed the recent increase in approval waiting times, despite our efforts to keep them as short as possible. We are currently exploring solutions and would appreciate your input.
In the Google Form linked below, you will find a short survey with questions about the designer guidelines. We want to collect all feedback in one place to help make the guidelines as clear as possible.
You will find a poll as well, with two options regarding the approval process:
1. No longer receive feedback on rejected designs, unless it’s a quick fix or specific reason. This will speed up approvals and reduce waiting times.
2. Continue receiving detailed feedback as you do now, but waiting times will likely remain the same and we will need to explore other solutions.
We have also created a topic with a few questions to get a better overall understanding of how the queue is currently working and how long you currently need to wait. This will help us explore ways to improve the process. Click here.
